In a country so racially divided who are the millenials? Beside being born between 1980 and 2000, what other criteria qualify one's admission into this club. It appears that the millenials grew up with all the attributes for success in this society. Therefore, they have more choices their parents did not have. They can change job at will because in this climate employments are ephemeral. I am really disturbed by the fact that millenials lack any self motivation. They always search for a role model. Such an attitude is a major predictor of what the future will bring.
